When Does Harassment Stop

Another complaint (leading to our eviction) SURE PRAY NOT!!!!!
OUR (MY) RESPONCE
To whom it may Concern @ Bay west Management
We the tenants of suite #104 who are being accused by an unnamed source of loud and unruly noises must therefore understand our side of the argument.
We understand that we occupy the only suite that has linoleum in it entryway; maybe this is a contributing factor as to the noise level.
We have ourselves and our two daughters who are aged 5 and 3 ½, however our youngest daughter has many a challenge as she is non-verbal and was born with hydrocephalus (water on the brain,) epilepsy and cerebral palsy and does not walk unaided.
She does however drag a small kitchen stool and sometimes a chair around the suite; mainly in the kitchen which again is linoleum. So at times very loud.
We have tried to keep our daughters voices down as well as our own, but again there too has to be some level of understanding.
We; Michael and I are ourselves physically challenged; as both of us have only the full use of our left hands. He; born with cerebral palsy and epilepsy and I was struck by a car in 1973 when I was aged 5.
We have tried and will here on continue try and abide by Bay west and Birchwood Manor policy of conduct.
To our understanding, we live alongside some wonderful neighbors of varying ages; again what a wonderful (community) to be a part of.
Sincerely

WROTE GLOBAL BC NEWS;

I did something I thought I'd never do; bring further "public" attention to our situation------by welcoming Global BC into the conversation as I emailed Chris Gailus

A Global camera man was at our home Friday to introduce himself readying us for Monday. A reporter and the story

DRAUMA PART TWO
In your opinion; what should we do? Cancel; Global News, as we have finally been introduced to our accusers.... Seemingly "nice people" with a 4ish month old baby. Understandingly, they were just trying to look out for their baby, but obviously going about things the wrong way after all of their accusations, only been introduced now after everything?
I had a heated discussion with the manager prompting our face to face, but why should it have come to that?? If the people across from us felt that we were being too loud then they should have come to our door first rather than having us being handed these notices pre:eviction.
As our accusers say; that when we get up and going in the morning, he too is just leaving for work but the little girls is going to sleep....However we are still worried about it eventually coming back to bite us resulting in our eventual eviction???
This x-RCMP officer says that he has a good relationship with Global BC personal.so to cancel the news crew, so would want to tell his side of the story...but to us something does not add up here....so we hope in the end the joke isn't on us!!! ....Having an almost eviction notice at our door was a bit excessive... just hope it doesn't cost us in the end??
What would we do and where would we go, as we are on a limited disability income to start with, and who only can afford so much..
